For starters, I was already having a bad day. I came in with no appointment for a state inspection, and they were kind enough to say they could work me in. After I checked in, I went back outside and looked at my car. I saw “27” and thought, “Oh, it’s not due until next year.” So I went back inside, got my keys, and left.
About 5-10 minutes down the road, I realized I had been looking at the tags instead of the inspection sticker expiration date 🤦♀ I called back, explained my mistake, and asked if there was any way they could still fit me in. The lady on the phone was SO nice about it, and they still made room for me!
They could have easily been annoyed with my confusion, but instead they were polite, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Thank you again! 🌷

“Thanks to these guys for being friendly and helpful. Jason was patient in answering questions about my Massey Ferguson tractor and even delivered it on a Friday in the late evening!
Service was great as well. Thanks to Dylan for being really helpful on the phone. Even the guy at the parts service
counter took me out back to see my tractor while Jason was waiting on another customer.

Full Diagnosis for free, I came in with a Kia spectra with a bad muffler, bad brakes, bad power steering system, no door handle on drivers side, shifter issues and now I have muffler fixed and quiet as a mouse, new rear brakes/ rotors installed, power steering works awesome, shifter works normal again and door handle fixed. I was satisfied. Don’t hesitate to go to Josh! Try to work with him he only wants to make his customers happy! He sure took care of my car!”

“I live in Fort Collins Colorado, 1614 miles away from East Coast Auto, so it can be difficult finding a trust worthy business that does what they can to help the customer. Well this is that place for me. I can't express the gratitude and appreciation to East Coast Auto Source for helping with almost purchasing a 2021 Ford Transit High Roof Extended van that was just above my price range. I attempted financing but when that fell through East Coast helped me look at other options but I was still not able to secure a loan (Student Loan Debt). I had put down a $500 security deposit that they gave me right back as they gave me a few days to secure a loan without suffering a penalty.
