“Absolutely the best! Ken is a great guy that is always willing to help. As I'm waiting for him to talk to me, I see him dispense free service for small fixes as he is diagnosing issues. I'm a bit of a DIYer and I go to Ken when I need major work done that is out of my capabilities. For my Lexus LS460, he changed out the front suspension control arms. I wanted the latest stronger control arms and the dealer and other independent shops would not do the work for me since the parts did not exactly match the VIN. Ken reviewed my research from the Lexus Car Forums and signed on to do the work. Ken runs an honest shop and charges very reasonable prices. Doesn't price gouge on parts and passes along the savings to you.”
“I was in the market for my first RV, and a friend recommended this place. What a find! Kenneth and Linda, the owners, are very laid back, friendly, and helpful. There was no pressure, sales pitch, or upsell at all. I was given free reign to look at the RVs and ask any questions I had (and a lot of them were basic, but Kenneth was patient).When it came time to buy, they made me a great deal and were flexible with my timeline. I got a very comprehensive tour of my RV, with an invitation to call if I have any questions (which I know I will, because it's a lot to remember). During the tour, we found one small bit of damage, and Grandview RV immediately apologized and fixed it for me in a matter of days. When we got it set up, they were kind, friendly, and went above and beyond to be helpful.Overall, I felt respected and valued- not just as a customer, but almost as a friend...which I definitely didn't expect and very much appreciate! “I loved it here. Never been to Virginia before but the people here gave me the experience I needed ?. I did not have hard time getting the help I needed. Shoutout to Holly and Sabrina. They were very attentive and you could tell they love their job. The lot is HUGE and a bit unorganized but that's understandable. I bought my new car off the lot with no issues. They took care of anything that wasn't listed on the website with no issues. Everything checked out. One thing to look forward to: the lot drives with one of the mechanics on the lot. The golf cart type machines they use to drive you around are so fun! Please wear clothes/shoes you don't mind getting dirty ?!”
