So last week I went to my storage unit to get some of my stuff and I found rat poison package in my storage unit open so I can call the front office and the guy said he goes to every storage units and put rat poison in every storage unit And I don’t recommend you to store your stuff here

The lady I talked to was very nice the man was very rude and did not want to accommodate us he wanted to charge us extras so just remember there's charges for just about everything so when you when he tells you it's $45 it really ends up being 70 the same as everybody else 70 to 100 I would not recommend this place at all

The man who was in the office on 9/19/2018 was extremely rude and disrespectful and could/ would not help me or answer any of my questions. He also refused to give me any contact information to reach any of his managers/owners of the facility and I have several concerns to address with them.

I am so happy we decided to use this storage facility AFTER the previous owners must have left because this place has been WONDERFUL to work with. Jim, who is the manager we have been working with, has been super helpful and friendly. We just rented a larger unit and he was great to work with. Our friends h ad recommended this place and I was shocked to see the bad reviews!! So far, so good!
