  If you live in Bedford Virginia and you use Carter Bank I would definitely use the one on Blue ridge avenue. The people are so nice and so helpful. Mary helped me today and she was just the sweetest. Now if you lean more towards rude people I would go ahead and visit Longwood avenue. That's just my opinion. Thank you Mary!!
