My experience was outstanding!
Matt the pharmacist was kind helpful. He took time to review different products to help me decide what would work best for my needs.
Cynthia at the front register was as great! She took time to show me how to do price checks on items I was considering buying. She help me navigate my membership issue, and took time to help me maximize my savings. Overall a great experience!!

Friendly and Professional BUT don't waste your time with the automated Rx refill as you end up going around in circles. Press "0" to get through although that is not mentioned on the recording.

3/24. Came in today, to get my wife's Rx, and Marcus helped me out with a coupon the doctor gave me for my wife's eye drops. He did a great job and said he was Glad to help. He is very good. I also talked to the Pharmacist, Kim and she was als very helpful and nice. This is one fine store! Thanks for the great Customer Service!

The employees at this CVS is awesome, they are so helpful, so polite, always willing to help you. This is what customer service suppose to be like. I’m always satisfied ? PHARMACY the BEST!!!!

Consistently poorly stocked and understaffed.Most recently I needed a valid form of photo ID to pick up a medication. I couldn’t find my driver’s license, so I took my passport, a valid form of photo ID, as per the Virginia Department of Health. The Pharm tech working refuted it, stating that it HAD to be a driver’s license. It wasn’t worth arguing over, and had it transferred to a different pharmacy.

I really like this CVS store much better than the one on Main Street. The reasons are they have friendlier staff working in the pharmacy section. They almost always have my medications in stock and fill them much quicker than the other one. Just today I went to pick up my prescriptions and had forgotten to call one in. They didn’t have the medication in stock but the already busy pharmacist took the time to call another store and transferred my prescription to have it filled.I don’t dislike the one on Main Street it’s just I have better service at the one on Longwood.

I had a coupon for a 50% off one item. It needed a card with a 4 diget number. I gave her one card but it was not the right one. She helped me find the right card and quickly deducted the 50% off and had me on my way.
