I turned in several film cartridges to be developed and not only have they not arrived three weeks later, the woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and told me there was no one to call to even look for the pictures. The gentleman who originally helped me put the cartridges into the envelopes to be sent off didn’t tell me anything about pulling off some tab for a customer receipt, so now that I don’t have those tabs, my pictures are ultimately lost including the cartridges so I can’t develop them elsewhere. I just want to call the company they send them to and ask about the pictures if they can find them by the name and phone number listed on the envelopes but I was told by the lazy and rude woman that there wasn’t a phone number and there was no one to contact. Just give me my pictures and/or cartridges back!

Terrible customer service from Wendy at CVS.
I tried to buy an item that’s on clearance at every other CVS in the area for $21.49, but at this store it was still marked $42. I politely told Wendy that the CVS in Forest and other nearby stores all have it on clearance for the lower price, but she just dismissed it and claimed “they don’t know what they’re talking about and she’s right.”
Instead of simply price adjusting it by $20 and keeping the sale, she refused. So I ended up returning not only that item but also the related product I’d bought — got a $70 refund in the end. Feels pretty wild to me that she’d rather lose the entire sale than just honor the same clearance price every other CVS is offering.
Very disappointing experience, and I’ll take my business to the CVS stores that actually care about customers.

They fill my prescription under the wrong name and even used the other person’s prescription card to fill it . First name and birthday are the same, but they are way off on the last name. The pharmacist said that that is how the doctor sent it to them. I don’t believe that for a second. I know the doctor had my name right they asked for my ID at the doctors . They never asked for my ID to verify it was me at the pharmacy . While I was standing there waiting had another issue with another customer. Then they had an issue with refunding me omg , The people here are incompetent. I am gonna find a different pharmacy. It’s the pharmacist I will not come here again.

Closes at 6pm on a Saturday.?! Other CVS locations in surrounding areas are open to 9pm or later. Talk about weird, inconvenient hours!

This is the best pharmacy in Bedford in my opinion.
Especially over the pharmacy at Bedford Walmart, who never had my prescriptions ready and over charged me on a very expensive prescription for my pet even when I tried to explain.
CVS is quick and efficient! They are pleasant to deal with and always go above and beyond.

I was at the The Main st CVS today around 3:25 in Bedford Va and I was standing at the counter paying for my purchase, and after I received my receipt I was putting my debit card back in my purse, then the cashier proceeded to tell me “someone is behind you” I guess she wanted me to hurry and rush off, so I stood there and continued to put my card back in its proper place. I’ve never been rushed away from a counter like that. I normally use CVS on longwood ave because they are so welcoming, this lady didn’t do any greeting upon entering the store or ask if I needed help
or asked me if I found what I needed when I approached the counter. This is not good customer service and I won’t be going back to that CVS again. The guys that work there are very helpful, and they also greet you when you enter. I don’t know why she treated me like that, and to me it’s unacceptable. I’ll go where I’m treated with respect, and where it’s great customer service.?

Check the Expiration Dates on your Prescription Medications BEFORE you leave the store as it appears they lack integrity to inform you that you may be receiving a medication that has no more than 2 month before the expiration date for drugs that would normally have a 12-24 month into the future expiration date. I suspect this is to clear their shelves.... if you leave the store, they will not assist you in correcting the problem.....I find this cold and unethical.

The most pleasant experience ive ever had at a pharmacy. Nothing in this world is perfect but the ladies in the pharmacy have always treated me with respect, empathy, and always know my name.I never write reviews but the staff has earned it. They cant control all the moving parts of healthcare but take care of the end with class, daily.

Rude pharmacy staff. Tone and pitch of voice lets you know that the customer is a bother to them and don’t care about your health needs. They were out of the antibiotics I needed. They offered no assistance. When asked if another cvs may have it they then responded in an exasperated tone that I should call them and find out.

If I could give this location a zero I wouldThey are horrible. And they let employees violate HIPAA laws and keep them employed.Lindsay Beckner, who is a pharmacy tech here is also unfortunately my neighbor. She went into my medications and found out why I take a specific one. And then went and told our apartment complex. She has slandered me and CVS was made aware yet she still remains employed there. I will be filing a lawsuit against them. This employee also smokes nicotine on a regular basis which CVS prohibits the sales of. And she also has committed a crime in regard to her violating my HIPAA rights and she's still employed there.The manager I spoke to was extremely nasty and told me she advised me to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere instead of dealing with her jaded employee. Shame on you CVS

1217 E. Main St., Bedford, VA - I have been a pharmacy customer for over a year. I have never had a bad encounter with any of the pharmacy staff. I have seen them quite obviously working as hard as they can, and even under such pressure, have always done well. I have experienced one "system" issue, and the Pharmacist corrected it, providing a refund upon my next visit. I plan on continuing being a customer there.
