17 year customer and really debating on leaving. They have a 'new system' which takes 3 times as long to do a simple deposit, they don't have enough staff, and changed their hours to be less convenient for me. They're already closed on the weekends but closing their drive through at 5 instead of 530 messed up my whole routine.

Beware of a hard credit inquiry on Equifax when opening a simple free checking account. And will continue to send unwanted emails after closing an account 6 months ago.
