“I HAD TO GO TO THE POST OFFICE TODAY, TO SEND MY SON HIS BIRTHDAY PRESENT. WELL, WHEN I WENT TO GO, AND HAVE THEM RING IT UP, IT CAME TO $69. THE EMPLOYEE, JAN, HELPED ME SOOOOOOO MUCH, AND WAS ABLE TO HAVE IT SENT, IN A LOT BETTER, AND A LOT CHEAPER, BUT, VERY NICE WAY. SHE WAS SUCH A BIG HELP, AND VERY FRIENDLY, WELCOMING, ETC., EMPLOYEE. AND, THANK YOU SOOOOOOO MUCH JAN. I HOPE, THAT SHE SEES THIS REVIEW. WE NEED MORE PEOPLE, LIKE HER, WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC.”

“Ambiance: It's a post office, but it seems like a rather old and or outdated location. They don't seem to have air conditioning or one that works very well. They usually have a fun blowing for the customers and that's a PLUS.. we appreciate it. it's not dirty or unkept and they keep the items stocked. Service: I usually only experience pleasant ppl.. like one guy who has continuously given his own change for people who were a few cents short for something that needed to be sent, things of that nature.. today though, that same guy seemed very irritated. LOL The service I had though was from another gentleman, named Jim. Jim was so nice and friendly and professional. Basically,he made me feel like he didn't look at me as "just another northside customer." He treated me like, "a customer." ...and I appreciated it. It was like a continual ball of paying it forward was being played that day with service and going out of the way to help each other.. and that was being played between customers and staff that day. Pretty good day, so I made sure to check in so i could tell you all about my experience.”

“I like the employees at this post office. The other reviewers have obviously never been to my mothers post office in Phoenix, AZ where their Westworld Android employees can lose your package "in the back" for 4 weeks and swear they don't have it while refusing to even look. This office is efficient and DOES THEIR JOB. The ladies are always polite to me. If a man behaved exactly as they do no one would give it another thought.”
