Brought my Yukon there to get a bent rim replaced and 2 tpms replaced, one of which was in the wheel that had to be replaced. I went to pick it up and they charged me $187 to mount and balance and install 2 tpms sensors. Should have been less than $100 at the most. Claimed “they had a hard time getting the sensors to take the relearn” so they had to spend time getting that to take which cost time. I had the tpms sensors already and one was installed months prior and had no problem with my $10 amazon relearn tool. Charged $120 to install 2 sensors and $45 to relearn them. Highway robbery if you ask me. Never take any vehicle there they have ridiculous pricing.

Our Hyundai Tuscon needed an engine towed here after sitting at the local Hyundai dealer for months. We had an extended warranty on the vehicle which Crystal said wouldnt be a problem to work with them. They got a new engine in for us within a reasonable amount of time and got us back on the road!

Jeremy took on a big job for us and put in a lot of extra time and effort to get it done. A good mechanic has never been easy to find but Rowlettes is exceptional. Really appreciative of all they've done.

Fell in love with this place. I think their prices are fair. They do good work. And they back to their work up. I would recommend making appointment ahead of time because they're very busy.

I've taken my car there a few times for They've typically done a good job on whatever was needed to be done. I was reading some of the lower reviews. And I'm bit puzzled since most alternative jobs are ballparked,$ 250 for parts and labor, I'm not really seeing where 280. Is that much out of the ballpark for that kind of work. As for the complaint about the inspection just because they can Inspect The car doesn't mean they've got men to work on the car the same day of the inspection The inspection is only about a twenty minute job What needs to be repaired could be a 2 hour job and they may not have the slot that day to do it. So I think some of the lower ratings are kind of petty , just my take.

Their prices are extremely high. I had an alternator put in and they charged me $280 for the part and I called O'Reilly's and could get the exact same thing for $150. They're labor is not that bad but that's ridiculous. Almost double the price for something that's just ridiculous
