Will I get back the $100s of dollars lost because my internet just blanks - nopeLye cheat and steal. - I try to avoid bad reviews, this is criminal

Sprint used to take money off my bill whenever I couldn’t make phone calls (which was rare) but I can only assume that T Mobile would be bankrupt in a month if they did the same. If you are having the same issue and your internet isn’t working either, please be aware that their excuse that the towers in this area are being worked on has been used for around four years. I admit I am ignorant to such things, but I do have to wonder what kind of work it is they can do on a single tower that could take longer than West Virginia road construction.

The manager Mark is a very kind person. He makes everything easy to understand and he has the store very well put together. Always a delight to visit. He has his staff trained very well. I recommend Bedford T-Mobile. Ask for Mark, he will get you right.

Terrible service. I have been to this business several times and will NEVER go back!!! They could care less to help you in anyway. There was no other customers in the store and acted like it was bothering them I even came in. Someone needs to go do something about this store or tmobile is going to lose alot of business!!

We happened to stop in this store. No customer inside the store might be the viruses. My husband and I had some problems on the phone. I wondered if the lady worked over there not familiar with the phone's problems!! Surprised!!! ???

I spent almost an hour in this store and left with nothing. The manager Mark was condescending and just rude - kept saying "Excuse me but I'm trying to tell you" whenever I asked a question.I was the only customer in the store from the time I walked in to the time I left. I wasn't even greeted when I walked in and they barely looked up at me when I got to the desk in the back. I was surprised to not see any plastic dividers at the service desk, although one guy did have a mask sitting on the desk. Mark had the other guy look stuff up on the computer/tablet which took entirely too long!I asked for a printed proposal of what my options were and was told they couldn't but could write something down for me but wouldn't really mean anything. I finally realized I was not going to get good customer service in this store, so I thanked them and left. Mark asked me if he could get the door for me, while he was still in the back of the store... why offer after I'm standing in front of the door?

I was at the Sprint store in Bedford next to Walmart and the girl Cheyenne helped everyone with patience and complete focus on each customer. Sprint needs to know they have a valued employee with this girl, Cheyenne. When it came my turn she knocked out each problem until all my issues were fixed.
