I was looking for a specific garden solution, called ahead to see if they had it - talked with a very friendly young man who turned out to be the clerk who waited on me when I went in to purchase - I am sorry i did not get his name - but he asked if I was the one who called and was even more pleasant in person. Neat, organized store. Nice experience!

waited 20 minutes outside on a employee to open the gate, with a diesel truck running after spending $450 in the store....let the manager know I called to remind them I was outside after 10 minutes, and he could care less. Poor management of the store.

It's funny everytime I visit the Bedford VA store I spend a ton of time just looking at all the cool stuff they have. Great place to pick up old fashioned candy too. I never walk out empty handed.

I previously wrote a glowing review of my experience with our local Tractor Supply Store, however; I must admit their credit card service is THE WORST. I called the credit card customer service on Feb.12, 2022, because I didn't recall making a charge on my card that showed up. The young man who took the call could not or would not tell me what the charge was for so I could make sure it was something I had actually purchased. Before I knew it, he had canceled the cards and transferred me to an "Account Specialist" as they are called. A fancy name for people who don't seem to know any more than the people who answer the phone first. While I was answering questions I was able to bring up the charge on the account, which by the way, was not easy to do either, and recognized it as something I did purchase. I told the woman I was speaking to and asked if they would stop the card cancellation. No, they couldn't do that, but the new cards were already being processed and I could expect them in 10-14 days. Early last week we received a letter from them asking us to call regarding the charge. I called and no one knew why I was calling them. Excuse me, you sent the letter and asked us to call you. That's what I am doing!!! Idiots. As of this date, I have still not received the new cards. I had to call the TSC credit card folks again and it has been an utter fiasco. The first responder couldn't provide me with my new account number and he transferred me to an account specialist. Well, he transferred me to the wrong number and I had to deal with an automated system wants my full account number. Umm, I don't have it because I don't have the new cards!!!! Once in the loop, there is no way to get a real live human being except to call again!!! I did just that and had to start the process all over again. I was eventually transferred to a Consumer Protection Specialist. Is that the same as the Account Specialist??? Who knows, I certainly don't. This person asked if I was calling about the disputed charge from back on Feb. 12th. No!!! I'm calling to find out about the replacement cards, that now about a month later I still have not received. I guess folks just do not understand the English language anymore or do not understand the issues you are presenting to them. The representative tells me the cards were only processed today and it would take 10 -14 days to receive them. What??? It's already been 28 days that I have been waiting! I was told on Feb. 12th that they were being processed then!! I do not have a cell phone that does texting but they needed to verify who I said I was (after all the already time talking with them and providing them with account information now they had to verify who I said I was?) So they didn't have any other "acceptable" verification methods and they would have to call me back. They have to do this every time, so why not make a note of it in our account along with the ONLY phone number we have. I was finally confirmed to be who I said I was and with much aggravation, wasted time, frustration, and dropping the hammer on them, the replacement cards were being expedited per my demand and should arrive in 2 business days. I will honestly admit, that unless you truly need a TSC credit card don't get one!!! Use your regular credit card, get you cash back benefits and forget their worthless card and horrible credit card customer service!!!!

8/4/2020 -Courtney.. brought my items out to me raising her voice saying “ma’am next time you need to wait till you get your email conformation ‘ she was extremely rude I tried to show her I did receive the confirmation... she got even louder. She was right I was wrong according to her. I asked for a manager bc of the tone she was speaking to me... she said well there is no one else but me. She was very inappropriate and rude. She yelled at me the whole time of me receiving my order at pickup.
