I HAD TO GO TO THE POST OFFICE TODAY, TO SEND MY SON HIS BIRTHDAY PRESENT. WELL, WHEN I WENT TO GO, AND HAVE THEM RING IT UP, IT CAME TO $69. THE EMPLOYEE, JAN, HELPED ME SOOOOOOO MUCH, AND WAS ABLE TO HAVE IT SENT, IN A LOT BETTER, AND A LOT CHEAPER, BUT, VERY NICE WAY. SHE WAS SUCH A BIG HELP, AND VERY FRIENDLY, WELCOMING, ETC., EMPLOYEE. AND, THANK YOU SOOOOOOO MUCH JAN. I HOPE, THAT SHE SEES THIS REVIEW. WE NEED MORE PEOPLE, LIKE HER, WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC.

I don't know if my post office driver/delivery man was having a bad day. But he left a nasty note stuck to our mail in the mailbox. Tell us to clear our driveway. I took pictures of our driveway and the note, and will be filling a complaint. We have not complained about him delivering other people's mail and packages to us, and us having to delivery and do his job for him. Having other people bring us our mail and packages, to us because he delivery them to someone else. He's going to leave a nasty note in my mailbox. If my driveway is so bad with the snow please feel free to bring a shovel next time and help out, we help you out by doing your job, the least you can do is help with ours. Have a wonderful day

Incompetent employees throughout the whole entire company. Call the Post Office and then went to the Post Office 2 × 2 get my package after being on the phone with them. And then telling me that my package was at the office. I go to the office for the second time. To try to get my package and it was not there.

Mail carrier refuses to deliver mail. When try to file formal complaint the folks in the post office either refuse to file a complaint or don't know how. Either way it's unprofessional, and terrible service

Sent overnight package but clerk never gave me receipt for overnight just money order receipt.Will not allow her handle any of my mail again.

I have called 5 times this morning trying to gain resolution regarding a missing package and no one has answered the phone. The lack of urgency is disgusting.

RE: Mail Delivery near Huddleston.I want to praise the mail carriers. Amazes me how they keep up with all the junk letters and priority orders. I know mix ups can happen, but with so much shopping on-line I appreciate the hard work and diligence that goes into every aspect of the USPS employees' job. And making deliveries on Sundays and inclement weather, too! Thank you!

It doesn’t matter how packages you have or how often you have to go to that door/mailbox. Just deliver it. You are on camera. We can see you deliver it. They are just unprofessional.

Ever since we got a new carrier our packages have not been delivered. We’ve had to go to the post office to pick them up which is very inconvenient. Some of the packages could have easily fit into the mailbox. Before the new carrier, packages were delivered to the house. The one package that was delivered, I watched the carrier in our cameras throw the packages onto my husbands truck. Luckily it wasn’t a large package and there was no damage. We’re very disappointed in the service we are now receiving. My husband also went into the post office recently and the young woman was very rude to him. I don’t know what is going on these days but it’s upsetting to say the least.
