The staff is unbelievable here. They are kind, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. Also, we enjoyed our van rental. It was clean and ready to go when we arrived!

Friendly staff and I got a reliable rental while mine was in the shop.Only 1 person working so enterprise did not pick me up. I had to get a ride to drive 25 mins to get my car.

Rented my husband a car that was out of our insurance rate, then called and told us it had to be returned that night or we would be charged. When my husband went in with the contract that gave us 5 more days, they wanted to retract that one and make a new one. They made a mistake and we had to pay for it.

So I have edited my review since I have had more dealings with this particular Enterprise location. I have found for the most part the staff at this location do go out of their way to provide the best customer service possible. So this is the conclusion I have come to in dealing with Enterprise Rent-A-Car or any large company that has local stores that are franchised locations or not and also offer the customer the ability to deal with them strictly using the internet and or possibly chatting on line. If you need detailed service with any large company you will always be better off going to the local store and speaking with a fellow HUMAN BEING. That quite possibly is a human that lives in the same locality that you do, and can possibly relate to you on a much deeper social level. Speaking to someone in India is not going to help at all!!! And the automated Chat Bot does not have the ability to under stand a 6 word question. So take my advice. If you are look for good customer service and have the opportunity to deal with a fellow human being. You have a much better chance of getting some customer service that will be worth reviewing!!! ᓚᘏᗢ (following review posted in 2019)> I will say that all the past experiences I've had with Enterprise sucked. With the one exception. And that is the Enterprise car rental located in Beverly, MA. All of the staff take a great deal of pride in providing customer service to all it's customers. At the Beverly store they are VERY IMPRESSIVE.

Great customer service ; had my vehicle ready and waiting for me when I arrived. All I had to do was walk in sign the paperwork pick up the car and be on my way. Thanks Enterprise!!!!!!

I was in dire straights to get back to RVA. Hitchhiking is as useful as braille on drive-thru ATMs, there is no ride sharing to be had anywhere on the shore, and $100+ for a cab to Norfolk to catch a $100 5hr long train ride was not happening.
