Ok so it took Lindsey who reached out back to me as she was out. I bought their and because I couldn't get her directly I had to go through Amazon. Not everyone there is like her. Nobody!

These people are terrific! Lindsey was so quick to get back to me, and considering I'm nearly technologically illiterate, she was tremendously patient! I won't consider anyone else to purchase my refurbished electronics from in the future. It really takes the gamble out!
