“Wow! Let me just tell you about the phenomenal customer service I got today. My son has been home with ear infection. I've been to the doctor and I can't seem to find the antibiotics he needs anywhere. I was afraid I was going to have to go up to Norton for my fourth time today from Big stoyne. This woman, and I didn't get her name, took it upon herself to call the other economy drug pharmacy, along with others on top of that, to find the medication my son needed. She then is making sure that I don't have to drive to Norton to pick it up by having it delivered to their pharmacy here. I'm not even kidding. I almost cried when I got in the car, because if you're a parent, you know how hard it is to have a sick kid. It's exhausting. I really wanted to get my son this medication tonight so he can go back to school tomorrow. I wouldn't have been able to do it without her. Thank you. If she is reading this, thank you. You are my hero today.”

“My husband was looking for a used vehicle and we ended up in Big Stone Gap. I was pretty hungry and wanted some variation other than restaurants so I decided to eat at the Food City deli. Well that was the best decision I made all day. The deli was amazing. I had macaroni and cheese fried okra and beef stroganoff with a roll. I got me some bread pudding and Oreo delight off of the cold bar. With that said it took me about 20 minutes to make a decision because EVERYTHING looked and probably was so good. I usually go to Big Stone once a week and clean my building so you better guarantee I will be at the Food City deli eating off of the bar or shall I say bars. ?⭐??⭐??”
