Very nice cashier and staff working at this 7-11. They have a brand new, very clean, electronic soda fountain. Staff was wrapping cookies and was very nice and hospitable! Would recommend coming here for a quick snack!

The door was locked with multiple people outside waiting to get in. Called a couple times and after 10 minutes a guy came out of the office and begrudgingly unlocked the door. There’s a reason I haven’t been here since Sheetz opened. Pathetic

My sisters and I pulled into the parking lot here last year because there was literally NO WHERE else to park (one of those VT events) and we thought it would be fine and the lot was empty. I couldn’t help but notice the owner (?) staring the 4 of us down like a hawk, and as we got out of the car he immediately started yelling at us about parking here. We all felt very unsafe as he kept threatening us with towing and calling the police. “Didn’t you see the sign?” No. Also your lot is empty. Is this how you treat all your customers? Stay away if you’re not someone who wants confrontation for no reason. A simple “hey can you find another place to park?” Would have been fine. Very uncomfortable situation for a bunch of young women.

Immediately when I parked, they called the towing services, and within 5 minutes, my car was gone. So then I had to walk 2 miles and pay $185.40 to get it back. I don't know why it was towed, but I will not be going to this convenience store anytime soon.

This place is where you need to stop by. Their warm food is spot on. The drinks are always cold. The donuts are always fresh. The floors are always clean. I've never felt uncomfortable being there. The employees are always welcoming and helpful. I like the layout of their products. Easy to find the products. On the 7-11 free slurpee days, they know how to roll out the slurpees without any disorder.

This is the worst hot food/roller bar I have ever seen in a 7/11 out of nearly 20 different states. Just moved downtown and if you want any deal on the app you can't get it. The roller bar typically has one of each option. I have not seen an eggroll once, boneless bites, and normally only one roller bar is working. I love 711 for its rewards but after a week of this Im going around the corner next time instead.Oh yea 2 stars for having some stuff and being open 24/7.

Called to speak with the manager after I tried to return a charger they sold to me that was defective.the man who sold it to me didn’t hand me a receipt because he kept jumping to all the college students. She then took the cord and didn’t give me a refund. When I called she called me a scammer and refused to give me the item she didn’t give me A refund on. This place needs serious supervision it is embarrassing. I will be calling again to hopefully actually speak with a competent person who can give me a refund on my charger
