this 7/11 is one of the best 7/11's in the area. if possible i would call it 8/11 just because it is so good. i come here every so often just to get something just to support the store. i love this place i will most definitely be coming back. great customer service

Friendly is an understatement.. I came to this location this morning for nothing more than a large cappuccino, best one ever btw, but what blew me away was customer service. He saved me 50% by just putting my number in and becoming a rewards member. I am a single mother who is also in college, I have no help and what gets me through is loans, this may not meant much to him but it meant so much to me . Keep this one 711 he is a great candidate, give him a raise !

This location is literally in walking distance to my house and thank the lord it is this one I live close to!!!!! The people who work here are the best always happy friendly and willing to help or just conversate with me! Love you guys keep up good work

I left the store, forgetting to get the cash that I had just got from cash-back and went back with absolutely no proof that I had paid for it. The two guys working spent like 15 minutes digging through the thrown away receipts for me until we found it and I got my cash! They were the absolute best and really pulled out all the stops for this 10$, I appreciated it so much

It is one of the two/three 7-Eleven stores in Blacksburg. The store is on the MSN route. Great coffee! They have a wide variety of hot coffee. 7-Eleven can improve on the quality of hot chocolate - its too sweet. Buffalo chicken roller is a must try. I really like the 7REWARDS program. My rating is five stars.

Apparently this 7-11's owner thought it was a good idea to hire a cashier that can not do basic math. I came here around 12:20 A.M. My purchase total was $2.05. To make it a little easier, I gave the cashier $20.10. First, she hands me $18, so I ask for the 5 cents.
