Your evening worker male beard and pony tail is a very rude individual. Shouldn’t be in the service industry. I said how are you doing tonight he said just trying to get my work done. I made my purchase had some questions about lottery he picked up a label gun and started walking away. I was going to buy my ticket and he said lottery is cash only. I said since when? I asked him if he could at least try since I know debit is a valid form of payment. Additionally stores that offer VA lottery have to adhere to their rules, and cannot make up their own. He said I needed to spend $50 to use my debit card for lottery, I told him that was ridiculous, he said I could give him $2 and he would give me cash, whatever that means. I’m never going back to this 7/11 where they will just scam you. I’m trying to buy $5 not $50 in lottery. The Virginia lottery would love to hear how you guys are trying to pressure people to spend more then they have to on lottery. Please inform your employee since he claimed to be “uninformed” on this

Inventory is wrong. If you order anything they don’t care about you at all. They will hang up and still charge you even though you aren’t getting the things you ordered. I would give them zero starts if possible

worst 7 eleven..its not my first time but I am getting this kind of worse service like 6-8 times now..the one who is on the night shift especially that lady she is very rude ..she wont give any kind of attention while we are on checkout...I ve been coming here since 6 months but when this lady is on the shift then I cant stand a min there..very very bery worst service I ve ever had in my life???

this 7/11 was a staple of my undergrad career with many late night snack runs. they always have things running and their food always tasted great. the slushie machine was also fire i would love to come back just to get more slushies from here

I slipped cherry slurpee all over my white tank top I was so embarrassed and I order pizza this nice guy he brought the pizza out because I was embarrassed who ever his mama is thank u u raised ur son right he needs a raise!!!!
