“Was this shop once "Taylor's Frames and Things"? I live in central Florida and recently thrifted an old watercolor picture of Virginia Tech and it's signed by the artist but I can't make it out. On the back is an old sticker with "Taylor's Frames and Things Blacksburg Virginia".”
