Every time I have visited this bank, I have been impressed by the exceptional customer service I have received. Austin and his team are always friendly, patient, and helpful. During my most recent visit, Randall and Megan helped me open a new account. They were both professional, knowledgeable, and delightful to talk with as they processed my transactions. They answered all my questions and explained all my options and made the whole experience smooth and easy. Thanks to the staff at this particular branch, I plan to shift more of my banking business there. Highly recommended! A+

Good local bank but a bit behind the times. Lifetime free checking, but no internet banking services and idiosyncratic limits on what local branches can do. They will apparently have online access within next few months.
