When did it become THIS crazy rule that the IN STORE posted digital coupons that are also online in the app ect BUT the bald mang is telling us that if you scan and load in store that it can take days to be added to your account!! WHAT REALLY and these are weekly digitals!! Also if it doesn’t ring up CORRECTLY at the register then TOO BAD like what!! These are cells that you all are advertising on your mobile app in your flyers but you’re not honoring them what is really going on? Why is your manager telling people this? Also why do they get mad when you want to use your digital coupons or buy something that’s 50% off like it’s out of their pocket. It’s getting ridiculous.!!

In and out quick. Friendly associates. Store is clean, prices are comparable to Walmart. Walked in one Friday and older lady was yelling at staff, they kept their cool until the police showed up.

Wow, Dollar General is great, today I came in to buy a small cooler and there was only one on the shelf and more on the top shelf. When I asked an associate, they scoffed at me, rolled their eyes and muttered as they went to go get a ladder, I understand that give me frustrating. I’m sorry if that person was having a bad day but it still was rude when I was asking politely and I think that person they didn’t even say you’re welcome. I’m hoping that person has a better day Donald general today just wasn’t the best experience.

I moved to Virginia 2 yrs ago, soon after I bought milk at this store and it was sour. I swore I'd never buy milk there again, BUT yesterday I forgot & bought milk there again AND it was sour again!!! No problem with Kroger, Walmart or Food Lion JUST this store!!!

We stopped here for snacks which were super cheap! You could find candy for $1 or 2 for $5 deals. Easter clearance sale was awesome… 90% regular prices. I got two candy products for $0.30 only! Cashier was friendly. They are also open a bit late if you need something at night. Good store!

The assistant manager did try to scam me out of getting a 15 dollar refund after I purchased a non-stick pan that started losing its stick after one cooked meal, but aside from that I can't complain. There are plenty of useful things at very low prices. It's a dollar general. Just make sure you won't need to get a refund for anything, cause it'll be a hassle.

There are so many issues with his store. To begin with the outside maintenance and appearance of the store is terrible. When I walked in the store, it was very dirty and disorganized. There were no employees to be found. When I did find employee the manager she was very rude. All in all a terrible visit.

I used to really love Dollar general because they had clothes and shoes it was very convenient right there in the middle of Christiansburg it was just nice to be able to run in there and you know grab clothes shoes whatever you needed now they have a pop shelf store which is nice but I miss my clothing my shoes I usually go in at night after I get off work the night shift people are so friendly and helpful they'll always stop and help me anytime I need help kudos for night shift at Dollar general market
