Trina was great and was super considerate making sure I liked everything she cut along the way. I have SUPER thick hair that is always difficult to maintain and she handled it like a champ. She has great attention to detail and really looks out for what's best for you and spends quality time making sure everything is to your liking. I trust her completely with my hair and will definitely be back again!

Teresa cut my hair and was so nice ! She did an awesome job ! I have sensitive scalp and I wasn't uncomfortable at all through the entire cut , from wash to finish ! The haircut was nothing short of excellent! Love this place,VERY VERY pleased , thank you Teresa!

Trina is the best! I’ve been getting my hair cut and occasionally colored for the past 4 years and it always turns out incredible! Not to mention she is the most gentle hairdresser that I’ve ever had, constantly making sure I’m comfortable. She also asks if I’d prefer if she’d wear a mask. I love Elite Salon! Tiffany cut my hair and was recommended by a long term client of hers. The consultation for my haircut was professional, fun, and informative. She made me feel very welcomed. It was honestly on of the best haircut consultations I’ve ever had. She was encouraging, listened to all of my concerns, and picked the perfect haircut for me. I appreciated that throughout the haircut she was very attentive to detail and made sure it’s what I wanted. Even afterwards she let me know to call her if anything wasn’t right after I got home. Also, as I walked in the environment is very clean and friendly. Booking was very easy. The prices are incredible for this level of excellence and service. When I went for my haircut yeserday with the owner Theresa, I found that she is not vaccinated and that she would not get vaccinaed in the future. She told me that I would not understand, like I don't have the capacity to understand her. Her comment to me was that she did not believe the science. I cannot visit a business where a person will be inches from my face and not have the practitioner vaccinated. I had had a previous problem with Theresa and was moving on, but I will add that here. On my first visit, we agreed that she would not cut my hair too short and she cut it so short that I was unhappy and stopped her before she cut the left sie as short at the right. She appologized over and over, but offered no compensation. This is not the business for me.Service: Haircut

It's an ok salon but it was missing the vibe I like where all the hair stylists are talking to each other. I think their just a little too spread out. I like the cozy feel of a smaller salon but that's just my preference.

Highly recommend! Courtney worked me into her schedule today after I called Friday frantically asking for an appointment to fix an Aline bob another stylist had botched beyond description. Courtney evened up the sides, debulked/thinned my thick hair and cut and blended the back as it should have been cut initially. I was afraid I would lose length in the front but Courtney even saved that! I am beyond pleased! I booked a return visit and made an appointment for my daughter who just graduated college and is starting her first professional job in August. Courtney greeted me at the door and despite Covid 19 restrictions, made me feel welcome. She is warm, enthusiastic, talented, listens to her client and is a total professional. The visit was a pleasure. I've found my salon and stylist here in the NRV!
