“I thought I was ordering from the Roanoke location but they must have closed so the delivery came all the way from Blacksburg. I’m in Richmond and order for my dad’s birthday. The order had some hiccups and I left a message on their voice mail. To my surprise, they sent a new order to my dad the very next day and added a huge beautiful bouquet of flowers. It really made his 83rd birthday even more special. I was not expecting that at all. They really do care and have the best customer service. I will continue to order gifts from here. “Oh my, what great store! We have traveled all over Virginia for our spring break and have seen tons of hippie/alternative shops and this has to be the best one. The clothing is cute and affordable. The staff was so friendly even though we came in pretty late. She was so helpful, asking if we needed different colors/sizes. Truly made our trip!”
