As a student at VT my first experience with JetExpress was when I was given a free Premium carwash from a worker named Zack when I told him I couldn't figure out the student discount. His kindness and the amazing car wash that I received made my experience something that will definitely call me back to Jet Express when I need another car wash in the future.

Very impressed! My work vehicle has not been washed for probably the entire year. Lots of general road grind and bug splatter. Fairly nasty! I cannot believe how well it cleaned running through the car wash just once. I'm all excited now to maybe keep a clean vehicle on a routine basis.

I used to love this car wash and visit it frequently. On two different occasions, I've come by on a Sunday during their normal business hours and they were just closed. Last month, I struggled with getting through the prompts on the touchscreen because it seemed like the screen was burned out. I did make it through and got my car washed but there were no cloths in vacuum area. Not an attendant in sight.
Yesterday, my family and I tried to get our car washed but the touchscreen was so finicky that it took awhile to get to the payment screen. I tried to choose credit card payment and nothing happened. I tried touching the button in multiple places but it wasn't registering. The attendant came over and told me to stop touching it so much and to just select what I needed. I said that I did but the touchscreen wasn't working. He acted like I was a complete idiot and touched the credit card button softly to show me how simple it was. When it didn't work, he told me that I was too aggressive with it and shouldn't have touched it so many times. He didn't get it to work, didn't offer to help and told us we it was our fault. We backed out and went somewhere else. Worst service ever.

Great washer, but this only offers a mat cleaning station and vacuum. Most new age car washes offer a rag to wipe off excess water, an air hose to clean debris from the cracks inside your car. Lastly, there is usually a cleaning solution to use by the vacuum with the rags.

All I’m saying is that if someone is paying a monthly membership for something expecting it to be open as advertised and it’s not, I’d want my money back or to be compensated… it’s closed more than 30 minutes early.

I received a coupon (with no written expiration) and one month later was told it was no longer valid. This place is very unreliable.

There were far too many times when I would pull up during regular operating hours, in the middle of the day, and in good weather, and the carwash would be closed with no sign indicating how long for. They also do not pick up the phone. Their voicemail inbox is constantly full. Their subscription system is tricky, and it's hard to properly unsubscribe; I was told I'd be helped with a refund for an incorrectly charged canceled subscription, but I never got a callback. Just go to one of the many carwashes in Cburg that are the same price and offer more services.

Cleans decently, but I’m beyond frustrated at how they’re almost never open it seems. More than half the times I go there, they’re “closed for maintenance” when their hours on Google say they’re open. They never communicate about it and it’s a huge waste of time to try and get my car washed. Definitely canceling my membership.

No problem with car wash itself. Touch pad does not respond to touch! As such, user unfriendly. Hours are very inconsistent.

Car wash results are satisfactory when you can get one, but more often than not they're closed even during normal operating hours and you can't call to find out since phone is never answered and voicemail is full. Not worth the trouble of going there anymore.
