I have filled my prescriptions here multiple times but have never been treated this way. I kindly ask that you address the attitude of your pharmacist and technician. They were unwilling to assist, and their rude behavior was both unnecessary and unprofessional.

This was a pretty decent Kroger that we went, and when we were in Blacksburg Virginia. It had some things that we like that it had some pretty cool environment and drinking section which I thought was awesome.

Nice well-appointed store with great variety, nice green grocer section with all points covered from the exotic to the mundane . Pleasant helpful staff and clean and tidy grocery.

Lost their decent pharmacist and help a few months ago. Now, the service is awful. They have wrongly charged me multiple times. Once, I was so desperate for the medication (allergy meds) they had withheld for days that I just paid it. Then, had to fight my insurance to help me cover the costs. They are understaffed and genuinely cannot help you with anything that requires more than a button push. They will not help you with any issues and will actively turn you away if you question them.Currently two weeks off my medication because they refused to tell me why it wasn’t refilling and just kept saying it would be 24-48 more hours…for two weeks. This could’ve landed me in the hospital.I rarely write a bad review, but this is the first time such bad customer service is forcing me to switch pharmacies so I can get my meds on time. I used to adore this pharmacy. Very sad thing to lose in Blacksburg.

The website said that the pharmacy opened at 9 AM I Showed up at 9:10 and there was a notice that the pharmacy was opening at 10 doing only vaccinations between nine and 10. of course there was no one there.

Really large selection, but high prices overall. It's also the only place in town where you can see 100 people, and literally everyone is wearing a face diaper. Feel free to stop by if you like living in a George Orwell novel, but try Aldi in Christiansburg if you want to be around less uptight people, and also save 20%.
