Guy called Steve. He’s really rude me and my friend who’s international. I been doing shopping here past couple of years. And this guy was really rude to me and my international friend which made really disappointed. I’m not kind of person who leave reviews everywhere and easily but that’s really rude.

I was shopping here while visiting my son who lives in the area. I have to say that I was disappointed at their produce selection. It seemed that no matter when I went there were empty shelves. It also felt a little gloomy in the section. Specials on their meats are a good value but I found the organic eggs way overpriced (non Kroger brand).
Cashiers are friendly.

I am writing this post because of one special employee, Bill! I have been helped in the produce section twice by Bill and I just think he is outstanding. He went out of his way to find the produce I needed right when I was dreading making second stop, he appeared out of nowhere after I left the produce section with the perfect English cucumber. I just wanted to thank him once more and let the Kroger team know how helpful he was to me. 3 cheers for Bill!!

The quality and quantity is slightly less than the one in Christiansburg, but it’s still a solid grocery store where I normally get my groceries from. The shelves are usually well stocked and the produce is fresh. The staff are also very helpful, especially when I encounter issues at the self-checkout machines.

Pick up order........terrible. I have had a few minor issues before, like item missing or out of stock. This time came home and it was someone else's order. Nothing from my order was in any of the bags. Unfortunately I could not go back to the store at that time due to having my small grandchildren to watch. This was the reason I placed a pick up order. Very disappointed and will not be placing any further orders with them ? ?

Decent store. A little more pricey than foodlion or Walmart but I do love the huge selection of items they sell - especially including things that aren't groceries. (Canfles, holiday decor, paper supplies, makeup, greeting cards & household cleaning & improvement products) ? ??

Sorry your app wasn't working correctly and my digital coupon didn't download but to treat me as if I'm lying to you? I'll never set foot in this store again. Kroger brand bacon isn't that great anyway. You make us check ourselves out then treat us like criminals. Classy
