I had a wonderful experience at the Blacksburg location today. All the staff was so helpful and kind! They are taking extra caution to keep the store safe and clean! A staff member even went above and beyond with making me aware that my little boy was looking in the store window and might need me (was out in the car with his grandma). They quickly let me react and even walk out of the store to get him with merchandise on. Can not express my gratitude and your kindness you showed me today in making my shopping experience superb! I have not shopped loft much but know I will be back after having a wonderful shopping trip!
