“I was satisfied with my experience. The salesperson showed me where the items I wanted were and left me alone to shop. I hate a salesperson that hovers. However, on the extended warranty, they said I would get the same amount spent on the warranty in credit if I didn’t use the warranty in five years. They failed to say I would only get that credit if I spent $999. on furniture. I also liked that I could buy right off the floor since the item was needed immediately.”

“I've been a huge fan of Imaginations since I was a student at Radford University.I love Playmobil toys my favorite aside from all things Star Wars when I was a kid, then after I married I introduced my wife's kids to the toy line, and recently I've been buying Playmobil FROM THE SAME STORE for my grandkids despite having lived in VA Beach during the past decade and then moved to FL last Winter. I was just in the area last week and picked $100 worth of toys for the kiddos and, I ain't gonna lie, MYSELF, only to come back a few days later to pick up another $20 worth (again, for myself!).I appreciate Imaginations for being a locally owned and operated business and for carrying the high quality, german-based toy line that you really can't find anywhere else in the area (except for Barnes & Noble). I love that the store is still around and continues to offer customers excellent customer service, unique products, and savory in-house coffee!That front parking situation, though... oy. But no matter. 5/5 stars, regardless. Hope the business continues to thrive and bring joy to young children, and, I ain't gonna lie, ME, too!”
