Northwest Ace Hardware is a locally owned and operated store, committed to being "the Helpful Place" as part of the community. It is a great hidden gem, very clean and well stocked. The staff are very nice employees, always so friendly and very helpful. They treat customers with respect and offer outstanding, personal service. Employees are knowledgeable, willing to answer any question, and take the time to provide specific help. The store offers a convenient shopping experience, being close to campus and downtown, so there is no need to go anywhere else. It is a great place where helping you is the most important thing. Customers appreciate the service and will certainly recommend them.
Friendly, mostly knowledgeable about a variety of subjects, extremely helpful and courteous staff. For the most part reasonable, competitive pricing and conveniently located. For being a franchise business of a larger chain they still have the neighborhood feel.

Love coming to ace in Blacksburg. Michael and his staff were great, they went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Definitely need to check them out.
