“I was passing through the area and got a flat in Christiansburg. When I called Redline, the friendly gentleman checked for a tire in the size that I needed. He didn’t have any and couldn’t get one by the next day. Instead of ending our call l, he suggested that I call another shop down the road. He said they typically have a lot of various sizes in stock. Sure enough, they did have one and they got me on my way the following morning. Suggesting I call another company without me even asking for more ideas was a win in my book. A great gesture. Thanks Redline guy!”
“My daughter is a student at VT and I've been encouraging her to find a trustworthy mechanic. It's hard for young women to find a place where they get treated well IMO. She went there just for an oil change. Could not have been a better experience. Even though her boyfriend was with her they talked to *her*. Didn't talk down to her. Found some things that needed attention (eventually) but didn't pressure her to get stuff fixed. She's there for 4+ years so really happy she found a trustworthy mechanic.”

“Got my truck inspected and I spoke with Jake about an issue I was having with my inspection and he was very friendly and helped by getting the issue resolved and helping with his knowledge about my truck specifically and the requirements that the state has on it. “Very friendly and welcoming staff! They are always busy I suggest making an appointment unless it's an emergency ! The young lady that works back there is so gracious and an all around awesome person especially for how busy she gets and all the running back and forth she does ! When I find out her name I will put it here because she's the best! All and all they do awesome work will keep going! I highly recommend just pack your patience and attitude at the door and respect working people so that they can continue to give the great service that they do!”
