I went in with my car making some awful noises ever since I hit a patch of ice, and they fixed it in a single day. On top of that they noticed my inspection was going to run out and asked if I wanted to have that done. The two men at the front were nothing but kind.

Came here to get a tire plugged because of a nail. They only charged me $20 and every other place I called quoted me at $50. I was in and out in 20 minutes. They did inform me that other services like inspections and larger repairs can take much longer though. Super friendly and honest. Would go again.

Great service & fair pricing. My out-of-state student son had one of those first car maintenance experiences today with a nail in his tire. Great spot too because it was right by his apartment. Glad they got it taken care of before his Fall Break 4 hour drive home.

I came in exhausted and frazzled and was met with nothing but kindness. Had my car in and out in 20 minutes. Prices were half that of Campus Automotive for tire repair. Robert was the gentleman at the front counter who was absolutely wonderful and I wish I remembered the name of his coworker, but he had seen me struggle with my mess in the trunk and offered to help me figure it out and brought a box to help organize. Great people, great prices.

Great service, clear communication, good prices, and honest work. They are super busy because they do such a good job. Always the first place I call for service on my cars.

I went there to change the brake pads and to replace the transmission and differential fluid. They took 2 days, and the cost was the same as at Honda Motors. As a bonus, you get rude behavior for free. They won’t tell you how much the service will cost upfront, and they’ll hit you with a huge bill for extra labor. When you ask if they can reduce the cost, they’ll threaten to add $100 more. The guy at the counter is the worst person I’ve ever dealt with at any service center in Blacksburg. He was incredibly mean and ill-mannered. Horrible experience, never going there again. The same thing happened to my friend as well.

Been here twice recently and both times I was met with great service and reasonable prices, really lives up to the name. They get my car in and out quickly and explain the work/charges well. Highly recommend

This place is the absolute best! Honest and great pricing. Worked on my son’s car several times while he lived in Blacksburg, and service was great. Nice to have a place like this while your kid is away at school.
