“University Mall in Blacksburg is a classic, convenient spot that really grows on you. It’s not a huge mall, but it has everything you actually need in one place — from restaurants and shops to essentials for students and locals. The location is perfect, just minutes from the Virginia Tech campus, and there’s always plenty of parking, which makes quick stops super easy.
What I really like is how consistent and reliable this mall is. Whether you’re grabbing something from the stores, picking up takeout, or just running errands, everything feels simple and stress-free. It’s one of those places that becomes part of your routine without you even realizing it. Clean, safe, and well-maintained.
If you’re in Blacksburg or connected to VT, University Mall is definitely a solid go-to spot.”
“I went into the Spradlin Farm Shopping Center yesterday to stop by the Michaels store. The area was beyond busy!!! Since there are several other stores there I definitely understood and with Christmas so close I knew that's the other reason for all the traffic. But even though it was so so busy it was not a big mess of people trying to get into the shopping center to park or people done shopping and trying to leave (for example going/leaving Walmart it is always a mess)”
“was easy to get in and out.
their selection of cabin filters was not great, with most of them having only one in stock. while I was able to find the one I needed, they were kinda tossed on the shelves. The employees were friendly however.”
“stopped in for a hot dog always good. was a little surprised when I went into the pawn shop to look around and there was an unattended 9mm just sitting on the counter but all in all a good little mall”
“As usual was greeted and offered help right after entering the storeClerk understood what I needed and where exactly it was in the store wish more places were this friendly and helpful”
