Went with a ruined oil pan’s plug, they changed it for free, changed the oil and got me on the road for less than 15 minutes! Awesome customer service, thank u guys!

Showed up 3 times to get my car inspected. 1st time I just showed up so I’ll put that on me but then I came in the next day because I was told the inspector would be in and when I showed up I was told he wasn’t there and to call next time right before going to make sure I could get in. The next day I did that and was told there is no line and that they could get me in if I came in. I left my house 5 minutes later and when I showed up I was told the guy was done doing inspections for the day. Not sure what else I can do about that.

I took my vehicle to Jiffy Lube hoping to get my first Virginia State inspection done quickly so I could head down to the DMV. After checking my vehicle, the mechanic told me I had a bad ball joint even though two months earlier I had the whole suspension inspected and had no problems. But lo and behold, they failed my inspection and told me they just so happened to do this kind of work there at Jiffy Lube and could fix it for around $350. I declined and immediately drove down the road to Price’s Svc Ctr, who offered to take a look. And guess what – no problems whatsoever with the ball joints. Beware, folks, of Jiffy Lube on N. Main. They may just try to scam you too.

This location in Blacksburg offers the best service in the NRV. Scott and his team are quick, honest and always have advice or solutions. They can do state inspections now which will be even more convenient.

They now do inspections which is a big deal here. Getting into local garages for inspection time can take months. And they fixed my wiper blade problem! Great team!

I have been going here since they opened the Jiffy Lube franchise. The staff is quick, honest, and provides a service that I personally don’t have the time or skillset to complete.
Many of the reviews seem to complain about the price, but fail to take into consideration the time savings and convenience that goes along with the cost of the service. I find the cost is worth the service they provide.

Took my mazda here a couple months ago(just figured out how to leave a review) I needed an oil change. I WAS CHARGED 129 dollars for an oil change. They said they had knocked off 10 dollars off the price. Never will go there again. They were rude to me as well. I'm old but not stupid. Won't go there or any other jiffy lube again

Couldn’t have been more pleased with my visit to this Jiffy Lube. Was replacing the oil myself on a car & couldn’t get the filter off, already had a replacement filter & they swapped them for no charge.
Great guys here, I highly recommend them

Went in for an oil change, and they put the wrong oil filter in my car, which clearly didn’t fit, so they crushed it into placed. Caused damage to car and engine, and costs hundreds to fix.
