“I can't say enough good about this store. We were traveling on I-81 and hit part of a recap tire on the road. It broke the engine shield under our car and it was dragging. This was the only shop that was open on Saturday. We stopped and explained our plight. They worked on it immediately, and charged us very little to tie wrap it up to get us home, 3 hours away. “I never leave reviews but I felt like I just had to for new river auto care. I moved down here for school and picking a mechanic was scary all things considered. The reviews are right Derrick does honest work. Every time I’ve brought my car in he does good work and charges fairly. Additionally, he tells me what’s up and explains what’s going on with my car which is hard to find. Repairs are always quick! I would recommend to everyone.”
