The climate controlled storage was perfect for my VT daughter's summer storage. Everything was just as we left it. Lisa was great with reservations ahead of time and very helpful in communicating since we are out of state. I highly recommend this business.

We were so very pleased to have used Tuck-It Storage! My granddaughter stored items over the summer. Among coming back to move it at VT, everything we stored was in great shape. There was no dust, mildew or mold on anything and we didn’t have a climate controlled unit. We highly recommend them for your storage needs!!!

Easiest storage unit experience I've had - and I've used a bunch.
Stored my Virginia Tech kid's "stuff" that had no business traveling back to PA with us between the end of the dorm period and the start of the off campus rental.
Tuckit In Storage has no nonsense month to month rentals. We moved in at dorm move-out, then cleared the unit once the apartment was ready. No hassles. No hidden fees. No trouble whatsoever.
If you're looking for storage in the Blacksburg / Virginia Tech area, this is a storage facility you want to do business with.

I am proud to say, I will never use nor recommend anyone else use this facility. If I could give it zero stars I would.The most glaring failure that I witnessed was a lack of professionalism. Long story short, a colleague and I were attempting to secure a storage unit only to be met with some rather coarse language from a large woman in a truck. I'm almost certain she is an employee. When my colleague and I attempted to explain the misunderstanding, she seemingly became indignant and reiterated threats of having us falsely arrested. Don't worry, we left.Just terrible customer service. I really hope she's not the manager, otherwise yikes!Tuckit In Storage,... WILL YOU PLEASE DO BETTER?

Very clean property and ALL personnel are deeply respectful, courteous, and very prompt to provide services and answer any and all questions. I highly recommend this corporation if you are in need of a storage unit and/or a moving truck or van. They're associated with Penske truck company as well.
