I am proud to say, I will never use nor recommend anyone else use this facility. If I could give it zero stars I would.The most glaring failure that I witnessed was a lack of professionalism. Long story short, a colleague and I were attempting to secure a storage unit only to be met with some rather coarse language from a large woman in a truck. I'm almost certain she is an employee. When my colleague and I attempted to explain the misunderstanding, she seemingly became indignant and reiterated threats of having us falsely arrested. Don't worry, we left.Just terrible customer service. I really hope she's not the manager, otherwise yikes!Tuckit In Storage,... WILL YOU PLEASE DO BETTER?

Very clean property and ALL personnel are deeply respectful, courteous, and very prompt to provide services and answer any and all questions. I highly recommend this corporation if you are in need of a storage unit and/or a moving truck or van. They're associated with Penske truck company as well.

Sent a message through the website, emailed, called and had to leave a message and never got a call back. Feel like they must not want or need the business so have gone through another company. Shame since I also considered renting a truck as well. Maybe bringing the business into the 21st century would be helpful.
