“The owner does great work and does not over charge. I think he may be a bit overwhelmed though and it shows when you come in with a small issue and it almost seems like you're a bother. A potential customer should never go away feeling that way. I will give him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe I just caught him on a bad day.”

“Was in the Blackstone area today and my battery started to fail me. Went to o Riley's and talked to Ronald. Always went to Napa sometimes advanced but I will definitely start going to O'Reilly. Ronald was very polite nice and knowledgeable. Seem to know his job in and out. If I owned am auto parts store, best believe Ronald would be the manager. I glanced around at some of the prices of the stuff in the store compared to stuff I've seen elsewhere and I have to say again O'Reilly definitely is the cheapest.”
