Mostly friendly staff, but the owner seemed quite nasty and I have a hard time believing the normal fee to install a tire I already owned is 50$… the tire itself was only 79$. Even 30 would have been ok, a rip off yes, but ok…charging me 50$ just to put a tire on the rim is robbery. Then when I looked at my “receipt” it was just a plain generic piece of paper with no description of work done, just the price of 50$ so obviously this guy just made up this price on the spot because he could see I was not poor. I'll never be back.

I own a small towing company about an hour away and when I called about getting a heavy truck tire changed on one of my trucks, Mike was incredibly helpful, He had a road tech out to my driver in less than 90 minutes, Who was first rate all the way, they saved the day for us and didn't charge us a fraction of the price of the big commercial outfits in Richmond. This is an owner/operator friendly shop that I'd recommend to anyone. 10/10.

They replaced 3 tires. It was done in a timely manner. I had a valve stem replaced. In and out pretty quickly.

After pricing tires with 3-4 stores, we decided to purchase from Epes. We’re so happy we did. They offer free tire rotation for the life of the tires. Each time we’ve gone back for a tire rotation, they’ve been able to do it right away with little to no wait and no appointment required. This is a well run business offering great prices with knowledgeable and conscientious staff. Highly recommended!

I’ll never go back there again I receive bad service I needed some tires switched out to another set of 24 inch rims and the young guy that was working try to tell me my tires were bad but I took them to another shop here in blackstone and they got the job done
