I went to the blackstone store and everyone was friendly, professional and eager to help. I went on Saturday and my sofa will be delivered Tuesday. I went there because Ashley kept changing my delivery date, I had waited 21/2 months.

Customer service at Schewels was very pleasant and everyone was willing to help. The dryer is amazing and I would advise that they are a nice group of people with good products to sell with warranty. Good quality products and friendly service.

I’ve bought from this store over the last few years. This is where I can feel very comfortable about the items I buy. Everyone is so very helpful and friendly. They have the answers for any questions we might have. All the employees are very helpful without making me feel as if I’m being pressured to buy anything. I definitely know exactly where I’ll buy anything for my household. I think all of the employees should be recognized for their exceptional work.
