It should have been no stars. My battery died while my child and I were at the Laundromat. I called Dalton's first but there wasn't an answer. It was about 8:18 pm when I reached out to this service. Tired from work earlier and cold. He answered and I told him the situation of being stranded at the Laundromat. He said no he was not able to. When I said I was stranded with my daughter he said he would do it for 150. My friend was on my other phone trying to get my attention and I yelled at my friend. The tow man then changed his mind and said he wasn't going to go through that and said no. He stated he wasn't coming out the house.He has the right to refuse business and I have the right to drop this feedback. To you sir be blessed. My child and I made it home. May your business continue to thrive.
