Got my truck worked on here , it was there for over a year (dropped off May 8th 2023)
There was little to no communication from them.
I requested multiple times for them to order the part for the truck and they never did. Which lead to
the point I had to get the part myself. I inquired about if the task was too much for them and was told "not at all, we will get you straight".
Picked up the truck on 8/07/2024.
A high pressure oil pump was installed
And it only lasted about two weeks. They charged me 1500 dollars and the truck left me stranded in North Carolina on 8/20/2024.
This lead me to having the truck towed to the local mechanic shop. Where it was discovered that all the oil lines were loose. One of the lines was so loose that it blew out the pump pulling the threads out with it . It was also discovered that there were broken bolts in the front cover. So now I'm having to pay to get the whole job done again when this all could have been avoided, if communication was there and takin the time to complete the job instead of rushing.
Would highly recommend that you DO NOT go here.

Robert and his staff have consistently gone the extra mile to Make sure my vehicles’ front end alignment was set perfect! I would recommend these guys to anyone for service, Cuz if Robbie says he can fix it, rest assured it will be done RIGHT!!
