“I was traveling through the Blacksburg area after spending time at the Children’s Hospital in Richmond, where my young son was being treated for severe burns. Exhausted from everything that had been going on, I unfortunately fell asleep at the wheel and was involved in a devastating accident with a tractor-trailer.

The damage was catastrophic, and it was one of the worst days of my life. Through all of it, Dalton’s Towing went far above and beyond what I ever expected. They handled a difficult recovery and cleanup with professionalism, compassion, and respect. They treated me like a person, not just another accident scene.
