Clerk was more interested in what was on their computer screen. Barly listened to my issue and gave a cookie cutter response. Don't go here expecting anyone to help you. All they are capable of is bare minimum.

Had a package withheld previously but this time another was withheld without my knowledge. Now it's being returned to sender. It was a black Friday deal. I'll now have to pay full price to have it sent again. UPS has never had a problem delivering to my address.
