“I never in my life thought I’d write a review about a Post Office, but there is something about this location that brings me so much joy. I have never encountered such a consistently enthusiastic, friendly, efficient, and helpful staff. Every single person that works there - whoever is doing their training is doing a phenomenal job. I stop in here a lot on my way to and from work, and I swear I leave with a smile on my face every single time.”

The other reviewers have obviously never been to my mothers post office in Phoenix, AZ where their Westworld Android employees can lose your package "in the back" for 4 weeks and swear they don't have it while refusing to even look. This office is efficient and DOES THEIR JOB. The ladies are always polite to me. If a man behaved exactly as they do no one would give it another thought.”

However, beware of random hours: often closed in the mornings from 11?? until 11:30. This is in addition to the posted lunch hour. I've been trying to mail a package all week (3 days now) and still not been successful because the counter has been closed every time.”

“My experience with the Roanoke Post Office has always been excellent. Our Mail Carrier is prompt, and kind to our dogs (BONUS).
This past week, an important mailer went missing, and I reached out the team. They were communicative and polite. They found the misslabeled mailer and followed up to make sure it got to me. Thanks to you all! What you do is very demanding. Great job!!??”

“Always the best experience here. The gentleman that works here is kind and friendly but also all business when busy, which I think a few people called rude. But in reality he is trying to move things quickly and efficiently so people don't feel like they had to wait to long. Plus I've just seen some of the rudest customers that come in totally unprepared and get mad if he is a little short while the line has to wait because they are inconsiderate.”

“I went in to get a simple passport renewal but came to find out I had to reapply which needs an appointment. Tracy helped me at this branch and she was fantastic. Even though I needed an appointment she helped me anyway and I was very grateful for her help and her wonderful personality. We need more Tracy's working at post offices around the country.”
