Love Lowe's Garden Center. Much better than Walmart's, they don't take care of their plants there. Also Lowe's has a much better selection of plants and flowers.

Customer service is horrible. Employees are not helpful when you ask for assistance and walk around like zombies.

Location - excellent location central to other places and roadways Parking- copious parking Cleanliness- store appears to be well maintained Inventory - may have been an off day but it seems that many options need to be order where flooring is concerned , it seemed like the trendier options were not available for immediate purchase in store which could make a project a bit more difficult Store is large and well stocked and seems to be adequately staffed .

I normally don't complain at all, but l was in the Lowes in Bluefield and needed Something from the electrical department. I walked over to flooring dept. There were 3 men sitting there that worked for Lowes. I asked if anyone was working in the electrical dept and they said l think he is on a piece of equipment. All 3 walked over to were the employee was at and stood there for another 5 minutes. None of the men offer to help me at all while the electrical dept person was business. I had a simple questions. 2 of them walked by me again and just looked down the aisle. I ended up leaving. Very bad customer service.

I think this place could be called Adults R Us. My husbands favorite shopping venue. The store has all things home improvement and the inventory and staff to assist you are plentiful. From home improvement items - bathroom to kitchen to all things outdoors they have what you need. From Tile to carpet to flowers and shrubs this the place to go. The staff are helpful and the prices affordable. Lowes is where it's at!

Service has always been excellent and quick! Cannot complain myself. I have many friends that work for Lowes and they seem to all enjoy their job.
