“We came in at around 5 PM and Lindsay was working with a group of unsatisfied customers. She spent her time attempting to satisfy their demands as best she could and still made time to speak with us. She stayed late and ensured we got 5 star service as well. The call center reps she was being very gracious and patient with were not helpful at best, but she maintained a positive attitude and advocated for her clients. It was very impressive and we definitely appreciate the effort she put in to get us our iPhone 17! Hero of the night!”

“My family and I (total of 5 people) wanted to get out of AT&T's service (too expensive even after over a decade of being customers) and Craig helped us out. He greeted us immediately upon entry, and asked what we needed. He offered answers to every single question we had, he explained each part of our transfer before and as it happened, described the differences in the phones on offer, and was cheerful and kind the entire 4-ish hours we were in there getting phone data switched over. He helped us choose accessories (ie screen protectors, phone cases, wireless chargers) and never tried to upsell us like other carriers would've. Everything was transparent, including our new bill. It was a breeze to get our new phone numbers (+ 2 of us just getting their old numbers getting ported over) and overall the atmosphere in the T-Mobile store was light and kind of fun. I'm glad to have their service now!”

He was very kind, informative, prompt ...I arrived there a week later to make my purchases and to start a family plan (which btw, they have THE BEST deals for u & ur family, friends .. to not pay as much if 2 or more ppl want 2 go n 2gether & save some money - - which I'm quite sure N E 1 out there is all about doing)Very much happy with my decision to switch over to Cricket .. as well as save money doing so.
