In good faith we let this auctioneer take items from our house for an upcoming auction. They were to let us know the auction date and time but didn't. Shortly following the sale we surprisingly received their mailed "tickets" of items auctioned. The receipts were for only 17 of our 25 items, plus one for an item we did't consign. Not accounted for were the more valuable antiques/collectibles. I listed everything they took and, when confronted, the owner lied that they didn't get everything listed, although it was on his consignment control list. After two months of phone calls and correspondence I let them buy me off with return of one unaccounted for item plus a small amount of money ...... )admission of guilt). I gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them a minus star!!
