I have used the UPS store in Daleville, VA and after recently moving to Bluefield, WV I have continued to use them. Whether it be an Amazon.com return or a personal shipment, everyone has been friendly, courteous & very professional in all aspects of their jobs.
I make cutting boards & ship them throughout the US. During my last visit, one of the associates had told a new employee about me. Upon entering the UPS store, the associate told the new employee about me which made me feel as if they truly care about their customers.
Due to the location, hours of operation, competitive pricing and delivery speed, I will continue to use the UPS store

A great and friendly place to come for all your returns and printings needs!! I always use this location, the people are super friendly. I will not go to any other Ups Store but this one! Favorite place to take all my returns to!!!

On three different occasions I have used the Bluefield VIRGINIA UPS store. All three times i have had a terrible, rude experience with the tall, dark haired woman with rotten teeth. Today though, was over the top.
First, the pricing was ridiculous. I was returning a piece of wrongly shipped equipment to TMobile. With shipping paid for by them, and the label on my phone, I was charged $15.00+ for a tiny box. That was after she tried to humiliate me in front of other customers.
Obviously, she was suffering from a cold when I walked in The door. She was coughing and sounded like her sinuses were plugged up. Her voice was very raspy.
I said “Honey, you sound terrible! You ought to go home!
Her response was,” I don’t have a cold! It’s whatever that perfume is you’re wearing. It’s choking me to death!”
I didn’t have on any perfume. I had taken a shower about a 2 hours before that. All she was smelling was soap.
Even if I had been lathered up in Blue Waltz, she had no right to say that to me. Karen I am not, but she really pissed me off . I don’t even know this woman!

Competitive prices, often lower than USPS. Usually not long lines. Great hours, open after 5 pm and this accommodates working folk. Your phone number pulls up all your info and the UPS system keeps track of your mail-to addresses. I love this!! AND UPS uses their own labels so addresses are easy to read, especially for a new generation of people who do not read cursive writing. Friendly service always where I go to the UPS. Now this is a great recommendation!!

First and foremost, I am extremely disappointed with the service received and believe that this establishment doesn't deserve even one star, but actually none at all. Secondly, I am deeply upset by the treatment my pregnant daughter received - she was lied to and hung up on by Rebecca and the supposed manager. Their unprofessional and rude behavior is completely unacceptable. Additionally, although the packages were sent to the wrong address, they were kindly accepted and we were given a full refund without any further action, which is very disappointing considering the incompetence of the so-called UPS ladies.
