I have been with this bank for a couple of yrs now. My mom actually got me started with them. Then I got my daughter to joined also. Before I was with Virginia Credit union for several yrs. They offered nothing. The staff was always pleasant. But that’s not all I’m looking for in a bank.So far I have had no problems with FCB. The manager is fantastic. Great personality that doesn’t seems fake. She will have you bringing your entire family to join. I just hope when the time comes when I need them, they have my back.

Been with this bank for over 20yrs now they changed managers and employees leaving left and right...This what happens when you get ppl like them in any situation Rude and completely non decency or empathy I am leaving going to better service figg this bank

This small bank is able to offer personalized service and has been helping me and looking out for me for ten plus years. Love this bank and its people.

The bank atm did not display the charge for using it, yet charged me 4.00! I have a picture of the screen to prove it!

I worked in the branch in the Richmond area for a year and hated every moment of it. They are some of the most incompetent and rude people I have ever seen operate a business that requires customer service skills. The Metro Sales and Service leader has favorites and likes people who brown nose her....like the manager at the main office, who is one of the rudest most incompetent "managers" I have ever met. There sure has been a lot of turnover in the last year. People who had worked there for many years decided to leave and I don't think it was for a better opportunity but rather to escape a horrible situation. Not the kind of situation you want to be in if you are a kind and caring person. They don`t embrace new staff on the retail side. Not how or where I would want to do business.
