I just purchased a 1989 Bentley Turbo R from Ahdy Ibrahim at the chesterfield dealership.
The transaction was very easy and filled me with confidence. Bentley's are very hard to Maintain and the price was appropriate for the year of the car. I have had the car now for two weeks and it still performs well.
My most comfortable car purchase I have made in 60 years

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had in my life buying a car. Every thing was in order the salesman Mr. Ahdy care more about our needs then just selling us a luxury car. From the beginning to the end he was very professional and even after we drove off the lot. His knowledge of the car we were purchasing was just out standing he knew the car inside and out. Excellent Experience! After visiting several dealerships, the staff here was by far the very best. They were welcoming and professional. Adhy Ibrahim was the best! I’m not certain that I can accurately express how satisfied I am with the Genesis of Richmond sales experience.
Kevin is absolutely superb. His sales process is both pressure-free and highly informative. I’ve never been involved in a vehicle sale this pleasurable.
The few others that I’ve interacted with were also noticeably pleasant and definitely contributed to making this a fantastic experience overall.

I purchased a vehicle from Genesis of South Richmond this week, and I had a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt genuinely valued as a customer.
My sales representative, Michel, was friendly and patient, providing guidance throughout the entire process. The financing person, Fahad, made the paperwork smooth and easy to understand. The entire process, from the test drive to driving off the lot, was efficient.

Andy was wonderful from beginning to end of this process. I live 2 hours away from the dealership and called about a vehicle I wanted and started the process to purchase the car over the phone. Ahdy communicated with me in a very timely manner and was so welcoming and not pushy in any way! He came in on his day off to make sure that the vehicle I called about ,the day BEFORE, was smoothly transferred to me. I even ran into a hiccup and Jeff was more than helpful. From start to finish, my experience at Pearson Genesis was exceptional. During my initial visit, I was welcomed by Client Advisor Lamont Harris, who took the time to walk me through the entire Genesis lineup. His professionalism and product knowledge left a lasting impression—so much so that I found myself genuinely torn between staying with Lincoln or making the move to Genesis.
A month later, I returned ready to make a decision, and this time I worked with Client Advisor Ahdy Ibrahim, who helped finalize my choice of the GV80. The transaction was smooth, seamless, and stress-free. Finance Manager Fady Ibrahim was equally impressive, making the final steps easy and efficient.

We had a great experience purchasing our 2025 GV80 from Genesis of Richmond.
The whole team was very responsive, professional, and straightforward throughout the whole process. It was very low stress.
Definitely ask for Ahdy when you come in. He treats you like family and truly provides a 5 star experience. Jeff and the rest of the team were a huge help as well.
We will definitely be back for our next car!

We had an excellent experience at Genesis of south Richmond. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Our salesperson, Lamont, took the time to guide us through the process without any pressure. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all of our questions with patience and clarity.
The buying process was smooth, transparent, and quick. I especially appreciated Fahad for finalizing our car purchase process. The vehicle we purchased was in pristine condition, and I couldn't be happier with it!
It's rare to find a dealership that truly puts the customer first, but this place definitely does. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

Genesis of South Richmond has been an outstanding dealership to work with and I travel 2.5 hours from my home to work with them. I am now a proud owner of a new 2025 Genesis GV70 thanks to my salesman, Ahdy. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with answering all my questions and showing me the wonderful features on the car. His son, Fady, was terrific to work with in the Finance Department. Genesis of South Richmond customers are fortunate to have these two gentlemen working there. I also own a 2021 Genesis GV80 that I purchased at Genesis of South Richmond a few years ago.
