I've never had an issue, but I rarely use any shipping places. I'm sure if you're a regular customer most anywhere then you're bound to have a problem. Over 25 years I have no issues.

Please have seasoned employees available in the Buford Rd store. I came to return an item and was told I needed my “happy coupon”. When I explained that last month I returned an item and this company doesn’t need a happy coupon, they told me I might not get a refund and then flat out refused to process my return.
I went to postal nations, made the return and asked if a particular code or coupon was needed. The woman said no and the process was quick and simple.
Please hire older employees or ones with experience. This was an unnecessary inconvenience to me the customer and should not have happened.

Go to any other mail service if possible, save yourself the headache and less than satisfactory service. Once they have your money, no urgency or care in the world.. Oh yeah, Customer Service wont be much of a help either.

Jacob was awesome!! I walked in and there was a line to the door! I thought lord I’ll be here all day. WELL NOT WITH JACOB! He moved that line so fast I was in the store for less than 5mins and provided service with a smile. I will absolutely use this location for all my UPS needs !

I work crazy hours at the hospital and The hours for drop offs at UPS are great. They also get my packages where I need them quickly and when they say they will. Brooke did an amazing job letting me know that she would handle my packages despite the fact I had packed everything in recycled boxes. Thanks Brooke for your reassurance and excellent customer service. You greeted me upon entry and took care of my packages quickly and effortlessly.

Excellent customer service! The store was super busy as i went after work at 4, every employee was so efficient and went out of their way to make sure everyone got helped quickly and in the best way to meet their needs. This UPS store is further than the one i normally go to but i will be driving the extra time to come back to this one for my shipping needs!
